Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed.
• Follow SERVPRO production guidelines during services.
• Coordinate with crew chief to meet customer needs.
• Assist with equipment, vehicles, and job-site setup.
• Prepare rooms and set up staging areas for projects.
• Maintain clear two-way communication with crew chief.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and leave job sites tidy.
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines on site and while traveling.
