Qualifications

• 2+ years of floor cleaning and/or restoration experience preferred.
• Mold and water damage remediation experience is preferred.
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining customers by timely delivery of restoration services.
• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services.
• Complete documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
