ServiceMaster Restoration of Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Prince George’s & Washington Counties is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician in Frederick, MD. No previous experience required, with paid training from Day 1 and a path to advancement.

Responsibilities include assisting on water, fire, and mold jobs and learning restoration processes. The role offers a starting rate of $18.00 per hour with overtime opportunities, paid training, and full benefits once onboard.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30 miles of Frederick, MD for quick response times.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (Required).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete online training modules and hands-on field instruction.
• Assist Crew Chiefs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs.
• Help set up equipment, extract water, and perform cleanup/demolition.
• Participate in rotating schedule for emergency call-outs.
