Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Carpet/ Floor/Upholstery/Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Restoration Technician to join our Downers Grove, IL team. You will clean carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air ducts, and may be cross-trained into water, fire and mold restoration when workloads permit.

Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle to client sites, completing work to high quality standards under applicable regulations, and pursuing upsell opportunities to grow our client base.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning.
• Knowledge of using portable or truck-mounted cleaning units.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass drug and background checks.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Carpet/ Floor/Upholstery/Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster DSI is the largest ServiceMaster franchise in the world! We provide restoration in Downers Grove, IL and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled carpet, tile, upholstery and air duct cleaning technician.

Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning. Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit.

Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold, during slower working times.

Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.

As a Cleaning Technician/Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
