Overview

Ready 5 Restoration offers 24/7 Emergency Response Services to the Coastal Florida counties. Our services include water extraction, fire & smoke damage mitigation, contents, and mold remediation. We are expanding and seeking a talented Restoration Technician to support our team. This role supports business goals and objectives while sustaining the company’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Water mitigation, fire and/or mold remediation experience.
• Operate remediation equipment, drying equipment, and a Ready5 service vehicle.
• Maintain a valid and insurable Florida driver’s license.
• Work effectively with handheld mobile devices.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Desire to help others and willingness to learn new skills.
• Report to emergency calls after hours as needed (Ready5 Restoration is a 24/7 company).
• Support on-call responsibilities and flexible hours when required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and task management skills; ability to deliver high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Interest in learning new skills; ability to work well in a team.

Education and Experience

Water mitigation, structural drying, fire and/or mold remediation experience: 2-3 years (Preferred).

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
