Job summary

Voda is seeking a Restoration Technician to assist in delivering restoration services and retaining customers by fulfilling obligations in a timely manner. The role emphasizes performing a full range of restoration tasks and maintaining documentation and inventory for service delivery.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and relevant certification in water mitigation or mold. Training and certifications will reflect duties and service scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
