Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of construction or restoration experience (water/fire damage preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must wear a respirator (medical clearance required).

Responsibilities

  • Perform contents restoration for residential and commercial properties.
  • Complete cleanup tasks including packing, on-site cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization.
  • Assist with inventorying, handling, and storing customer contents.
  • Set up and maintain restoration equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and site-specific safety plans.
  • Operate tools and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and supplies.
  • Support hazardous waste operations as needed.
  • Travel to various job sites.
