No restoration experience required - we provide paid, hands-on training and pay for your IICRC industry certifications.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment - dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers - and take daily moisture readings
• Perform mold remediation, including containment setup and HEPA cleaning

If you’ve done physical work with your hands and take pride in doing it right, we’ll teach you the restoration trade. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus - and if you don’t have them, we pay for you to earn them.

Benefits & Perks

• Paid training and company-paid IICRC certification courses
• Defined career path: Technician - Lead Technician - Crew Chief - Project Manager - we promote from within and can show you the exact skills required for each step
