Job summary

Nu-Gen Cleaning & Restoration in the United States is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to guide restoration projects after fire or water damage. You will perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration activities while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in restoration, an IICRC certification if possible, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification is preferred.
• Experience as Restoration Technician or similar is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must meet physical demands (climbing, heights, lifting).
• Ability to travel locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and project manager instructions.
• Perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration work.
• Maintain inventory in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project.
• Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized.
• Prepare job site for restoration activities.
• Work closely with project managers and other Restoration Technicians.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. This is an impactful role, as you will be assisting customers who have experienced fire or water damage in returning their homes or businesses to good condition. You will perform cleaning, drying, and demolition work as well as other restoration activities. The ideal candidate understands the importance of this position and cares deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it will have on customers.

• Perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration work
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project
• Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized
• Prepare job site for restoration activities
• Work closely with project managers and other Restoration Technicians

Qualifications:

• Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is preferred
• Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to travel, both locally and out of state
