Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician to assist in delivering restoration services and retaining customers through timely, quality work.

You will perform company-approved restoration tasks, communicate with clients, and maintain equipment and documentation to ensure high service standards. This role is based at our Missouri location and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Certifications in water mitigation, mold, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform restoration services offered by the company.
• Communicate with customers to explain work and timelines.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance on tools and vehicles.
• Inspect completed work and document results.
• Complete daily logs and work orders.
• Maintain inventory and appearance of tools and supplies.

Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work..
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders..
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
