Job summary

BMS CAT is a national leader in disaster restoration, providing services from initial cleanup to complete rebuilds for multi-million dollar commercial projects and residential losses. We are seeking individuals with a remediation background to perform smoke, fire, and water restoration and cleanup in Jessup, MD.

Qualifications

• Experience in remediation/restoration field.
• Ability to perform demolition, cleaning and rebuilding tasks within a project scope.
• Preferred certifications: IICRC, OSHA 10/30.

Responsibilities

• Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project.
• Demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding of job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork.
