Job summary

SERVPRO East Evansville is seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high-quality fieldwork.

Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work ethic and customer service shine in helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” Starting at $15.00/hour, with opportunities for overtime and pay increases based on merit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition, and labor-intensive tasks.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance.
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

Production & Field Work

• Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines

Communication & Job Execution

• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience & Skill Set

• Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills
• Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks

Education & Credentials

• High school diploma or GED required
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits
