This is a full-time, on-site Restoration Technician role based in Charlotte, NC. The Restoration Technician is responsible for assisting with the cleanup, repair, and restoration of properties affected by water, fire, wind, and other types of damage. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring drying equipment, removing damaged materials, cleaning and disinfecting affected areas, and supporting mitigation activities to prevent further damage. The individual will document work performed, follow safety and industry standards, and communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and customers on project status. The role requires working in a variety of environments, sometimes in urgent or emergency situations, and collaborating closely with the restoration team to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards.
