Job summary

SERVPRO Monterey Peninsula is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead production activities on restoration projects. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise technicians, and ensure quality while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1 year in cleaning/restoration/construction, and a focus on safety and efficiency. IICRC certs are a plus; competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines are followed for job safety.
• Protect and manage assets by handling equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
