Responsibilities

• Perform all restoration services offered by the company.
• Conduct light reconstruction work as needed for restoration.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services.
• Maintain daily logs and work order documentation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services, including light reconstruction and repair work as needed to return properties to pre-loss condition.
