This role involves managing projects from estimation to completion, leading technician teams, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have construction experience, with restoration expertise preferred, and strong project management skills. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in the Restoration industry is highly desired.
• Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are required.
• Requires critical thinking, logical analysis, and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with various technological devices and software is necessary.
• Experience in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized projects from estimate to completion.
• Run multiple teams of technicians.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding project scope, budget, status, and timeline.
• Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates.
• Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project.
• Regular site visits are required.
