Job summary

Paul Davis seeks an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead a 5+ technician team, ensuring high-quality water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and related services across projects. You will coordinate crews, manage client interactions, and drive on-time, on-budget responses in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 3+ years in mitigation management, strong insurance compliance knowledge, and proficiency with industry software.

Qualifications

  • Insurance/TPA restoration industry experience required
  • 3+ years mitigation management experience including team management
  • Adept at managing insurance compliance within carrier/TPA parameters
  • Proficiency with mitigation software including MICA/Mitigate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, Dash
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility) a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish preferred
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring teams perform water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, trauma/bio-hazard cleanup, tarping and board up services to specs
  • Lead, train and develop the mitigation team for readiness to respond to customer needs
  • Ensure jobs and estimates meet timing and margin requirements
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control
  • Be the point of contact for customers for questions and concerns
  • Maintain inventory of trucks and equipment
  • Be accessible by phone, Teams, and email
  • Assist other team members and foster positive interdepartmental relationships
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and represent the brand well

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications (Requirements)
  • INSURANCE/TPA RESTORATION INDUSTRY experience REQUIRED
  • 3+ years mitigation management experience required, including team management and development
  • Adept at managing insurance compliance and working within carrier and TPA parameters
  • Proficiency with mitigation software including MICA/Mitigate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, Dash, etc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the teams' performance of water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, trauma/bio-hazard clean up, tarping, and board up services are in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Lead, train, and develop the mitigation team and ensure readiness at all times to respond to meet customer's needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure jobs and estimates achieve or exceed timing and margin requirements.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide mitigation expertise and guidance.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  • Be accessible to mitigation team and office team by phone, Teams, and email.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
