Next Level Restoration & Remodel in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Lead Technician (Flooring Expert) who owns flooring execution on restoration rebuilds. You will lead daily field work across all flooring scopes, ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards without micromanagement.

The role requires strong leadership to coach Technicians and Helpers, coordinate with other trades, and maintain safe, professional jobsites while protecting client property.

The Role

Role Title: Lead Technician (Flooring Expert)
Reports To: Restoration Department Manager
Status: Full-Time, Field Role

You own flooring execution within restoration rebuild projects. You lead daily field execution for all flooring scopes while serving as the flooring authority in the field — without constant management involvement. Your job is to make restoration rebuilds predictable, clean, and professionally executed — with flooring work that protects schedules, quality, and the Next Level brand.

What Success Looks Like

You are successful in this role when:

• Flooring installs (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet) meet a non-negotiable standard
• Subfloor prep, moisture mitigation, transitions, and finishes are done right the first time
• Flooring scopes stay aligned with restoration timelines and sequencing
• Punch items are identified early and jobs close clean
• Technicians and Helpers improve because you lead, coach, and set the standard

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
