PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable Lead Technician in Vineland, NJ to explain restoration processes, assess scope, supervise, and mentor a team to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of field experience with IICRC WRT, and one of FSRT/ASD/AMRT certifications; additional certifications may increase pay. Must follow safety procedures and be ready for emergency response work 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience, and IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required, and one of FSRT, ASD, or AMRT
• The more active certifications held, the higher the pay rate.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Follow water, mold, and fire restoration procedures.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean, safe, and serviceable.
• Be available for emergency response work 24/7 as needed.

Job Overview

PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable and responsible Lead Technician. This role works directly with customers to explain the restoration process for water, mold and fire mitigation, assess the scope of work, supervises, develops, and mentors team members to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following experience and certification requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience, and
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required, and one of the following:
  • IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or
  • IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) or
  • IICRC Mold Remediation (AMRT)

The more acrtive certifications held, the higher the pay rate.

Essential Job Functions

The Lead Technician is responsible for:

• Following all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures and standards
• Understanding and adhering to restoration procedures, including:
  • Water damage restoration procedures
  • Mold remediation equipment and procedures
  • Fire and smoke cleaning tools and procedures
  • Carpet cleaning equipment and procedures
• Demonstrating a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude at all times
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining all equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
• Remaining available for emergency response work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and safely operate company vehicles
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Work for extended periods in both large and confined spaces
• Wear appropriate respirator equipment for extended periods
• Pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation
