Job summary

PrismHR Hire is seeking a Labor Technician who will work on restoration projects in homes and businesses, assisting with water, fire, and storm damage alongside project managers.

This hands-on role requires physical work, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn. You will work with a team to safely complete demolition, cleaning, drying, and restoration activities while prioritizing customer care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration projects involving water, fire, storm, and other damage.
• Demolish and remove damaged materials as directed.
• Clean and treat affected areas.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment as applicable.
• Pack, move, and store contents.
• Prepare properties for reconstruction and restoration.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment and materials.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the project.
• Treat customers' homes, belongings, and businesses with care and respect.
• Communicate professionally with customers on site and direct questions to the PM.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job.
• Protect customer property and minimize damage where possible.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and use PPE.
