Job summary

C/Sharpe in Oklahoma is seeking Field Technicians to perform high-quality building restoration work, including deck coatings, waterproofing, concrete repair, and stucco work, while maintaining a safe, professional presence on each job site. You will safely operate hand and power tools, adhere to safety policies, maintain PPE, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew.

Attendance, reliability, and a willingness to travel as needed are essential to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or travel as business needs require.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Perform building restoration work including deck coatings, waterproofing, concrete repair, stucco repair, sealants, surface preparation, and other assigned restoration services.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary to complete assigned work.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and jobsite safety protocols.
• Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist with training and supporting coworkers as assigned.
• Obtain and maintain company‑required certifications applicable to assigned work.
• Report to assigned job sites as scheduled and maintain punctual attendance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
