Job summary

AdvantaClean of Monroe is seeking a Field Technician to perform mold remediation, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, HVAC coil cleaning, and water damage recovery in homes and buildings.

Under the supervision of a Lead Technician or Project Manager, you will work within a team to complete assigned tasks, operate equipment, follow safety practices, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Experience in home services or construction is a strong plus
• Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Light demolition and removal of building materials
• Project cleanup and debris removal
• Operate water extraction equipment to remove standing water
• Detailed cleaning of surfaces and contents
• Set up barriers and barricades as needed
• Run drying and filtration equipment
• Clean HVAC ducts and related systems
• Assist with site access and safety procedures
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and equipment
