Job summary

SERVPRO of Springfield is hiring a Crew Member to support restoration projects and keep equipment and vehicles ready for daily tasks.

You will perform production processes, prepare work areas, and follow safety guidelines while delivering quality results. A high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license are required; IICRC certifications are preferred, and lifting up to 100 pounds is expected. The role offers $16.00 per hour with room for training and development.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
