Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Lead property restoration project supervisor in Fort Wayne, IN. You will lead field technicians, manage job site budgets, and coordinate with property owners and insurers to deliver safe, high-quality repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hands-on fire and water damage restoration experience, IICRC WRT/ ASD certifications, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers competitive pay and strong benefits. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Scope & estimate: prepare accurate scopes of work and project estimates for property repair initiatives
• Coordinate & schedule: manage project timelines, assign daily tasks, and direct field technicians and subcontractors
• Budget & control: manage all components of the project budget, including labor, equipment, and supplies
• Liaise & communicate: maintain daily communication with property owners, employees, and insurance representatives to address inquiries and provide status updates
• Inspect & resolve: identify job site hazards or technical problems and implement solutions
• Collect & document: complete administrative paperwork and assist in securing funds from insurers and owners

Lead and coordinate complex property restoration projects from inception to completion, transforming damaged residential and commercial properties back into safe, functional spaces. This hands‑on leadership role oversees field technicians, manages job site budgets, and works directly with property owners and insurance adjusters to deliver high-quality restoration repairs.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on fire and water damage restoration experience.
• Customer Service: Proven experience in customer‑facing roles managing sensitive client situations.

Education:

• High School

Experience:

• 1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Active IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong general construction and property repair knowledge.
• Driver Requirements: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record meeting company insurance standards.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Physical Capability: Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, work in inclement weather, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
