Job summary

Velocity Staffing seeks a Contents and Cleaning Tech for a restoration company in San Angelo, TX. The role focuses on tracking and documenting contents handling throughout a project, including pack-out, cleaning, and put-back of contents.

Candidate must be detail-oriented with strong documentation skills, able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (and up to 100 with assistance), and willing to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Detail-oriented with documentation of contents.
• Intermediate organizational skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Should obtain OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Content inventory related activities for the project.
• Document all content inventory within the structure.
• Work on contents through moving, cleaning or deodorization process.
• Document non-salvageable contents within the project.
