Job summary

SERVPRO Team Miller is seeking a Construction Technician to perform on-site construction services for small projects and emergency responses. You will handle rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and related tasks, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and the Construction Coordinator to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires the ability to work in challenging situations, strong communication, reliability, and willingness to travel locally for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills (written and oral).
• Good math fundamentals for measurements and calculations.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred.
• Ability to perform construction services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Attend pre-construction meetings as needed.
• Provide project updates to Construction Coordinator.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors as required.
• Perform construction services including carpentry, drywall, painting.
