Job summary

SERVPRO is looking for a Construction Technician to support residential and commercial restoration projects. You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and repairs while collaborating with project managers and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience, read measurements, operate tools safely, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and reconstruction work according to project scope and standards.
• Complete rough and finish carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general repairs.
• Assist with demolition, framing, repairs, and finishing work; address punch list items.
• Assist with project scheduling and daily job progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and document progress.
