Job summary

360 Fire & Flood in Alabama is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and construction projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality within budget. You will serve as the key liaison among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful project completion.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships, supporting business development, and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• IIRC certification preferred.
• 4+ years in construction management with budgets, schedules and multi-project oversight; OSHA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Manage large restoration/construction projects to ensure safe, timely and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders; oversee planning and execution.
• Review contracts, scopes, procurement, and project risks; support field ops and QC.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain project documentation; foster client relations.
• Coordinate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
