• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review, approve, and manage subcontractor proposals and change orders.
• Maintain all project documentation including daily logs and reports.
• Coordinate with leadership on scope and reserves.
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing.
• Monitor project risks and proactively address issues.
• Respond to on-call needs managing technician availability.
