ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of residential and commercial rebuilds. You will interact directly with customers, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive projects across multiple sites while controlling time and budget.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and hands-on construction management with opportunities for advancement in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience.
• 2 years Project Management Experience.
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of residential and commercial rebuild projects across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage material, permits, and inspections.
• Oversee project scope, time, and budget to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Provide leadership to create a positive team culture and drive performance.

Salary starts at: $85k - $100K/Annually based on experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.


• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.


• Ensures technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager.


• Utilize our pool of subcontractors while constantly seeking new resources to complete projects on time and under budget.


• Ensures material, supplies, permits,, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.


• Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.


• Ensures adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicates to the management any discrepancies in the scope.


• Assists in change order estimating, approval process and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses


• Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience


• 2 years Project Management Experience


• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred)


• Must have ability to run multiple projects simultaneously


• Must have a valid Drivers License


• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.


• Pass background check and drug screen


• Xactimate experience a plus
