Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs.
• Perform general cleaning tasks.
• Help set up and break down equipment.
• Perform light demolition and debris removal when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
