Job summary

atiexternal seeks an experienced carpenter to restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, mold, fire, smoke and other perils. The role covers interior framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring, drywall, painting, and exterior repairs such as siding and roofing.

You will read orders and blueprints, take precise measurements, manage materials to minimize waste, and supervise a team to maintain a safe, efficient jobsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years hands-on experience as a carpenter are required.
• Significant work history—5+ years as a carpenter.
• Knowledge of and commitment to general industry safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, blueprints, drawings, and sketches and fully grasp requirements.
• Accurately lay out, measure, and calculate material quantities to minimize waste.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to complete tasks within time and budget constraints.
• Direct and organize an efficient work plan for the crew.
