Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking an experienced carpenter to perform interior and exterior restoration work on residential and commercial properties. The role requires reading blueprints, accurate layout and measuring, installation of trim, cabinets, flooring, and related finish carpentry tasks.

You will work with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, maintain a safe jobsite, and ensure high-quality workmanship within budget and schedule constraints. 5+ years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma. Solid basic math skills.
• Significant work history- 5+years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter.
• Knowledge of and willingness to comply with general industry safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand requirements.
• Layout, take measurements, calculate material quantities, minimize waste.
• Direct others and organize an efficient work plan to meet time and budget targets.
• Communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
