Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience in a mortgage banking environment.
• Minimum two years experience in a mortgage processing, underwriting or closing function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers and Account Executives.
• Review documents and verify data collected by Account Executives.
• Ensure program eligibility and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Calculate income and verify debt-to-income ratio.
• Act in a lead capacity in follow-up for missing documentation.
• Manage a pipeline of open loan files.
• Enter preliminary HUD-1 into Loan Origination System.
