You will manage budgeting, cost controls, and inventory while mentoring a diverse team, collaborating on marketing, and upholding safety standards to drive profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability and a track record of improving guest satisfaction and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR and pizza/delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant finances, cost control and P&L reporting.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset for business success.
