McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchise restaurant in Mississippi. You will help keep the restaurant clean and safe, maintain equipment, unload deliveries, and support daily operations. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a team-focused environment.

This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
