Job summary

Skyline Chili in Springfield is hiring Team Members to support Server, Drive-Thru, and Production roles. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and assist in kitchen tasks while staying friendly and efficient.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skyline Time service in dining room and/or counter with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Server duties: take and relay orders, deliver beverages, clear tables.
• Drive-Thru duties: ring in orders, prepare beverages, cash out guests.
• Production duties: assist in food prep and coordinate with servers for timely orders.
