Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Decatur, AL is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and provide quality products and service to guests. This nonexempt position reports to the Manager on Duty and requires irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You'll cover station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru if applicable), sanitation, and adherence to policies. Join a busy restaurant environment and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties across fountain, grill, front/back areas as assigned to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties per standards.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
