Qualifications

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, at the counter and drive-thru.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items (donuts, sandwiches, baked goods) and beverages (coffee, iced drinks, smoothies) per Dunkin's recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (fryers, ovens, coffee machines).
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, prep areas, and dining areas to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash, process card/mobile payments, and balance the register.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow health and safety standards and Dunkin's uniform requirements.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and training new team members.
