Job summary

Mendocino Farms in Santa Clara is hiring Front of House Team Members. You’ll assist guests, handle orders, and help with running food, bussing, and plating across multiple FOH stations. Earn up to $25 per hour including tips in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality is a plus.
• Willing to work across multiple FOH stations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and guide guests through the menu.
• Run food, bussing tables, and plating food.
• Assist with cashier/host/Expo/Floor duties as needed.
• Provide friendly guest relations and sell the dining experience.
