AES Restaurant Group is hiring for multiple crew positions across its Arby’s locations in Wisconsin. You can work as a cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, or in the kitchen, with training provided for all crew roles.

Flexible scheduling includes day, night and weekend shifts, with opportunities for growth within a goal-oriented company. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and an employee rewards & recognition program.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.
• Team-oriented with safety and process adherence.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive dining experience for guests in cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house or kitchen roles.
• You will be trained on all crew positions such as cashier, drive-thru, and the sandwich board.
• Flexibility with schedules; indicate preferred shifts when applying.
• AES aims to develop staff through a goal-oriented environment and opportunities for growth.
