AES Restaurant Group is hiring for restaurant crew roles in Piqua, OH. You will help deliver a positive guest experience across cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, and kitchen duties, with training across all crew positions.

Qualifications

• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Support cashier, drive-thru, front of house, and kitchen roles as needed.
• Learn and rotate through all crew positions (cashier, drive-thru, sandwich board).
• Help maintain flexible scheduling to fit personal availability.
