• Front of House duties include memorizing menu abbreviations and prices, basic math, handling money and credit card slips, and communicating in English.
• Back of House duties include various setup and prep roles such as vegetable/fruit prep, salad bar, line setup, meat slicer, catering prep, and related duties.
