Qualifications

• General customer service duties include taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Cash handling and balancing a cash register with cross-selling opportunities.
• Understanding food safety practices to ensure a safe, fresh product.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Able to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders and answer questions about menu items.
• Balance a cash register and drive additional sales to customers.
• Prepare orders on sandwich, fry, grill, or other lines as directed.
• Maintain food safety conditions to deliver a fresh, safe product.
• Cross-train in Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, or leadership roles.
