Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring Restaurant Team Members in Florence, KY. You will join a team that connects with guests and supports the bakery-café’s growing business while serving the community daily by donating unsold products to local organizations.

Roles include cashier, baking, drive-thru (where available), salad & sandwich making, and dining room upkeep. You will be the friendly face, welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a great experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Help build Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
• Step in and support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Our cashiers welcome customers, take orders, ensure a great experience, and send them off with a smile.
• Salad & sandwich makers assemble items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
