The role requires reliability, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. 16+ years old, with 18+ for opening/closing shifts; flexible availability and transportation are important.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability and reliable transportation are required.
• Prior customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a friendly smile and takes orders.
• Processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register/ POS and suggests add-ons to boost sales.
• Ensures orders are accurate and timely.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations and maintains regular attendance.
• Adheres to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues.
