You’ll learn multiple stations with on-the-job training if you have no experience, balance cash, upsell, and follow food-safety standards to deliver fresh products.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a register.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and upselling products to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations (sandwich, fry, grill, etc.).
• Follow food safety procedures to ensure a safe and fresh product for customers.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, and Facility Maintenance as needed.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
