Qualifications

• Age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs; stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in loud environments with guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection and joy for guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced bakery‑cafe setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler’s Card).
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across bakery‑cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
