Shake Shack in Massachusetts is hiring crew members to deliver genuine hospitality and high-quality food at a fast pace. Weekend availability may be required, with hourly pay plus tips and benefits designed to support your growth within a fun, inclusive team.

As a member of the Shack Fam, you’ll master multiple stations, follow safety standards, and bring warmth to every guest experience while upholding the brand’s values of integrity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Lead interactions with warmth and care towards team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them daily.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team member safety.
