Job summary

Shake Shack in Vernon Hills is hiring team members to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality while preparing and assembling high-quality menu items. You will work at multiple stations, learning standards and recipes, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes flexibility, integrity, and teamwork, with opportunities for mentorship, training, and growth within a values-driven, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.
